How does James Corden cut loose before heading to a long day at work at The Late Late Show? He picks up Selena Gomez for a carpool karaoke session. With the 23-year-old singer in tow, the traditional sing-along sketch gets a few impromptu upgrades, such as:

Aside from the fun activities, Gomez also opened up about her bestie Taylor Swift's squad and being on the search for a man. 

"I'd like to consider myself an OG, like an original," she said of Swift's ever-growing girl gang. Corden, slightly jealous, suggested that the Squad is even "sexist" against men because "it's all about being equals and no man has been asked to join the squad". But Gomez had the perfect response. 

"Well I think this industry could use a little bit of female sexism," Gomez replied. "I think we have a right to be that way. It's a lot harder doing what I have to do."

So is Selena banning all men from the Squad forever?

"Oh, I don't know! Find me a boyfriend and then we'll talk about it," she told the host. When Corden asked her if she's on the lookout for a beau ,she answered: "Sure, why not." But she soon added, "Well I don't know, I like to have fun," with a smile. Then the two proceeded to close the segment with an energetic a duet of Taylor Swift's "Shake it off."
