While most of us were probably staying cozy in sweats yesterday, Adele dressed to the nines in a little black dress and heels while staying at home.
The Grammy-winning singer rang in her 32nd birthday, and although she abided by the U.K.'s lockdown orders put in place during the coronavirus pandemic, she still had a fun celebration. She shared a photo of her at-home fete, which included a whole photo installation in her driveway. (Adele's Instagram game does not slow down while she's social distancing!) Her party look consisted of a puff-sleeve frock, pointed-toe pumps, and an assortment of gold rings.
"Thank you for the birthday love. I hope you're all staying safe and sane during this crazy time," Adele captioned the photo before adding a shout-out to those working on the front lines of the current medical crisis. "I'd like to thank all of our first responders and essential workers who are keeping us safe while risking their lives! You are truly our angels ♥️."
Staying fairly out of the spotlight over the last couple of years, the "Hello" singer has popped up on the social scene, be it with friends or our social media feeds, with a few surprise appearances recently. She was at Drake's birthday party, on the beach in Anguilla, out and about sporting workout gear, and even at Jay-Z and Beyoncé's exclusive Oscars after-party.
